What this site collects, and what we do with it.

This notice covers lamiak.ai. It is written in plain language and describes how the site behaves today. If the site changes, this page changes with it.

Last updated:

The short version

  • This site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
  • The only personal details we keep are the ones you type into the contact form, along with the page that sent you to it.
  • We use them to reply to you about your request, and for nothing else.
  • We do not sell them, share them for advertising, or use them to train models.

What the contact form collects

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your company, if you give it.
  • Which product you are asking about.
  • What you write about your workflow, the systems you use and the result you are hoping for.
  • The kind of data involved, chosen from a short list. We ask for the kind of data, not the data itself.
  • Your agreement to be contacted about the request.
  • The page that sent you to the form. If a link carried a source or intent tag we record those tags; without a source tag we record the address of the referring page, shortened to the site and path.

Please do not put health records, payment card numbers, government identifiers or other people's personal details into the form.

Why we collect it

To read your request, decide whether we can help, and reply to you by email. We rely on the agreement you give when you tick the consent box, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your request.

Where it goes

When you press Send, the form content is checked on our server and passed to Resend, an email delivery provider, which delivers it as a plain-text email to our inbox. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so that we can answer you. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which processes each request, including your IP address, in order to serve the page.

The site does not write your request to a database, a file or a customer-relationship system. After it is sent, your request exists in the email provider's delivery records and in our inbox.

What we log

The form content is not written to our application logs. Our logs record failed deliveries, with the type of error, and configuration warnings. Neither contains anything you typed. To limit abuse, the server reads your IP address and counts recent submissions from it in the server's memory over a one-minute window. That count is not written to a database or a file, is not linked to your request, and is lost when the server restarts. The form also has a hidden field that people do not see; if it is filled in, the submission is discarded.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not from a font service.

How long we keep it

We have not set a fixed retention period yet. Your request stays in our inbox until we delete it, and we delete it when you ask. The email provider keeps its delivery records on its own schedule.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and mention privacy in your message, and we will reply by email.

Products and pilots

This notice covers the website only. Data handled inside a LAMIAK product or a pilot is governed by the agreement for that product or pilot, which lists the outside services that receive data and why. BioContext7 and hordagolabs.com are separate sites, and this notice does not cover them.

Changes

When this notice changes we update the date at the top. We do not claim any security or compliance certification on this site; see Trust for what we claim and how to check it.
